I received my Master's degree in Somatic Psychotherapy from CIIS in 2006. I integrate body-centered and mindfulness practices with solution oriented therapy to support my clients in making lasting changes in their life.
I believe that developing and maintaining a kinship with nature is crucial for the overall wellbeing of ourselves as individuals as well as for all our relations. Therefore, I often bring Nature as a teacher into my sessions.
I practice Play Therapy and Sand Tray Therapy when I work with children. These modalities allow children to express their experience in the languages they know best, play and imagination. I have seen over the years how these modalities help children process grief, loss, trauma and social challenges.
I am excited to be of service in my community. I am happily married and a proud mom of my son. In my free time, I am in the garden, hiking, cooking and spending time with friends and family.
I look forward to hearing from you.
